This machine is an automatic buckle-threading device. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and servo motor. It uses a vibration plate to arrange the adjustment buckles, and uses optical fiber sensors to identify the adjustment buckle hole positions and automatically calibrate the buckles. The ear strap ropes are automatically pulled and the length is set in the PLC. The cylinder is used to push the buckle-threading needle, push the ear strap ropes into the buckles, and automatically cut off the ear strap ropes, thereby improving production efficiency and saving labor costs.

Notes:

I. Self-check before powering on

1: Before powering on, check whether the pins are sharp or have gaps.

2: Check whether the appearance of the equipment or the workbench is deformed, and check whether the fastening screws are loose.

3: Check and remove foreign objects (ear straps or adjustment buckles) on the material, keep the desktop clean and tidy, and avoid metal hard objects or other debris falling into the work area, causing damage to accessories or equipment failure.

4: If the inspection is completed, after powering on the machine, click the pull belt to return to its original position before performing other operations.

5: Confirm that there is no abnormality, put in the material for production.

II. Normal maintenance of equipment

1: The production workshop using the machine should be kept clean and tidy;

2: The appearance of the machine should be kept clean and tidy, and it is required to be scrubbed frequently;

3: The sliding parts of the machine should be regularly injected with pollution-free lubricating oil;

4: When the machine is not used for a long time, the machine should be covered to prevent dust;

5: When the machine is not used for a long time, the input power of the machine should be cut off;

6: When the machine is not used for a long time, the parts of the machine that are prone to rust should be coated with protective oil;
