The CCD visual inspection system detects material contamination, elastic band welding, nose bridge strips, packaging, etc. After the masks are produced, they enter the pillow packaging, and are plastic-sealed for single pieces. 20 pieces (the number can be set) enter the cartoning machine for automatic cartoning, and then enter the weighing and detection mechanism for plastic sealing and moisture-proofing. Then, they are boxed and sealed. The entire production line can be unattended, and multiple mask machines can be connected to the packaging machine and the boxing machine. It realizes an unmanned production workshop, improves production capacity, and saves labor.
