The CCD visual inspection system detects material contamination, elastic band welding, nose bridge strips, packaging, etc. After the mask is produced, it enters the pillow packaging, and is plastic-sealed for single-piece packaging. 50 pieces (the number can be set) enter the cartoning machine for automatic boxing, and then enter the weighing and detection mechanism for plastic sealing and moisture-proofing. Then, the boxing and sealing are carried out. The entire production line can be unattended, and multiple mask machines can be connected to the packaging machine and the cartoning machine. It realizes an unmanned production workshop, improves production capacity, and saves labor.
